"Looked after perfectly"

This was our first time using pet sitters when we went on holiday and Pip, Max and Toby made it super easy for us. Our anxious dog was really well looked after and the team quickly got to know him and all of his quirks! We had lots of messages and photos and we could immediately see he was very happy and enjoying their company. Our house was looked after perfectly and we came home to a happy and relaxed dog who had clearly made 3 new friends!

Highly recommend Pips Playful pets for grooming! Hank my miniature schnauzer got booked in for a full groom and he’s come back looking very fresh and handsome. His cut is exactly what I wanted and the pick up/drop off service is such a helpful and handy service to have (especially for someone with no car like myself!) will 100% be coming back when he’s next due a trim!

"Detailed description"

Loki had his second puppy intro groom today and we're very pleased with it. We were given a detailed description of what has been done, and he's also had a very good cut round his face so we can now clearly see his eyes. Looking forward to his full groom in the next few weeks.

Providing a varied range of care giving, so that we can cater to your specific requirements. Providing a package to suit you and your pet's needs.

Our team consist's of 3 members, with varied years of experience including: reptiles, horses & domestic animals to name a few.

We pride ourselves on providing the best care possible, so that your animals enjoy their holiday, just like you will be enjoying yours. As we try to make your pets feel as comfortable as possible, by sticking to their normal routine. As much as we possibly can.

It is very important to us that everyone is happy with the service provided, so don't hesitate to ask for little extras like plant watering and taking out the bins. As we will be happy too!

Consultations

If you are interested in any of our services, you can message our Facebook page or call us, and we will arrange a suitable date & time to carry out a no-obligation consultation.

During the consultation, we will go over your pet's routine and any specific needs e.g. medication, strict diets etc. As well as a tour of your home, so that you can show us where everything is in advance.

After the consultation you will recieve a welcome pack sent via email, which will contain a little info about us, all relevant DBS checks, certificate of insurance, canine first aid certificates, a contract that you must sign before any work can be carried out, payment details, and an information sheet all about your pet's details which will also require a signature in the unfortunate event that your pet needs to attend the vets. Signatures can be in the form of a photo and sent back via email.

Dog Walking

If your dog can not be let off the lead, we provide various lengths of training leads that we use, to make sure your dog is still getting significant exercise.

If your dog can be let off the lead, we will need you to sign an "off-leash" waiver before we can let your dog off.

We provide one-one dog walks and group dog walks, with a maximum of 4 dogs per person. We also offer a discount for dogs from the same household.

Home Visits

We provide a 30-minute home visit for times when you may just want someone to let your dog out to the toilet, or feed your cat while you are at work or away on holiday.

Areas We Cover

We cover all areas within a 20-minute drive of Hallam Street in Stockport. Though for pet sitting & dog grooming we do charge a £8 travel fee.
